What we collect

We collect the email and business name you provide on signup, the Google Business Profile authorization you grant, and the Google reviews and replies of your business. We do not collect payment data — that is handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

We use your data only to operate SmileReplies: to read your Google reviews, generate replies with AI, and post replies on your behalf. We never sell or share your data.

Demo pages

Our demo pages display public Google reviews retrieved via the Google Places API. If you are a business owner and want a demo page removed, email us at support@smilereplies.site and we will remove it within 24 hours.

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from your dashboard. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
