7-day free trial
Every SmileReplies plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be billed and you owe us nothing.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with the service within 30 days of your first paid charge, email support@smilereplies.site and we will refund you in full. No questions, no friction. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically reach your card within 5-10 business days from there depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops. You will not be charged again. If you cancel during a billing period, the remainder of that period is not refunded by default — but if you ask within 30 days of your most recent charge, we will refund the unused portion.
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan and request a refund within 30 days, we refund the full annual fee. After 30 days, we refund a pro-rated amount for the unused months.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry it once over the next 7 days. If both attempts fail your account is paused. You keep all your data and can resume by adding a working payment method.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@smilereplies.site with the subject line “Refund request” and the email address on your account. We respond within one business day.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — refunds are faster and easier than chargebacks. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
